We would like your views on how we handle residents’ complaints.¬†How do you think a complaint should be dealt with? What matters to you when you make a complaint?

Blaby District Council is consulting on its complaints procedure and wants to hear from residents to help shape our policy. We will be organising short discussions, no longer than one hour, in small groups of up to eight participants in January/February 2017.

We will share our current way of complaints handling and listen to your thoughts and ideas for improvement.
