MINDFULNESS:  Learn the skills of mindfulness and become more calm, resilient and increase your well being.  Reduce anger, frustration and negative thoughts by joining us for Mindfulness…Staying well together on

It is led by a professional mindfulness tutor with vast knowledge and experience of mindfulness.   If you are interested in finding out more or taking part, email  or or phone 0116 2510999.

We will get back to you as soon as possible.  Numbers are limited but we will do our best to accommodate you.  We will then send you the zoom details so that you can join in the session. All you will need is a smart phone or laptop/pc (with microphone and camera) as well as internet access. You do not need a zoom account. We will do everything else and can provide support before the session if you feel you need help.  You can choose not to take to part in the video and only use the audio option if you would prefer.


TIME4YOU: CRAFTY CARERS …we know how difficult it is for carers to find time for yourselves. Every Thursday at 11am on we will be running a Time4you session which will include activities such as crafts, Drawing & Painting. Dates: Thursday 3rd; 17th.

RESPITE FUN ACTIVITIES – Bingo !!! MONDAYS from 6:30pm – 8:30pm Dates: Monday 28th. Activity: BINGO!

Starting in October – Mondays starting on 5th, then every Monday on the following dates…12th, 19th, 26th. Play a game of Bingo and enjoy the fun.
