Activities, Groups and Sessions for MAY 2021

We are now running a number of groups for Carers during the week          commencing 5th May  2021.  Please see the following programmes….

 

TIME4YOU:

We know how difficult it is for carers to find time for yourselves. We will be running three Time4you sessions every week which will include games, chats and activities. Join us for some fun and laughs!

Monday 10th at 6:30-8:30pm Games Night

Tuesday 11th at 2:00 – 3:00pm Quiz Time

Wednesday 12th at 6:30 – 8:30pm Games Night

Monday 17th at 6:30 – 8:30pm Games Night

Tuesday 18th at 2:00 – 3:00pm Hangman

Wednesday 19th at 6:30 – 8:30pm Games Night

Friday 21st at 6:30 – 8:30pm Games Night

Monday 24th at 6:30 – 8:30pm Games Night

Tuesday 25th at 2:00 – 3:00pm Grandma’s Shopping

Wednesday 26th at 6:30 – 8:30pm Games Night

Monday 31st at 6:30 – 8:30pm Games Night

CARERS CARING FOR CARERS: Staying Well Together

Wednesday 19th at 10:45 – 12 noon Clairobics Chair Exersice to Music

Thursday 27th at 1:45 – 3:00pm Singalong with Kyle

We will then send you the zoom details so that you can join in the session. All you will need is a smart phone or laptop/pc (with microphone and camera) as well as internet access. You do not need a zoom account. We will do everything else and can provide support before the session if you feel you need help. 

You can choose not to take to part in the video and only use the audio option if you would prefer.

Please Note: The meetings will be running on the ZOOM video for the Self Help Group.

PARENT CARERS of CHILDREN These sessions will run on TUESDAYS from 10:30am – 12:00pm. PLEASE NOTE: These times have been changed to support parents doing school pick up runs.

As usual, the group will be facilitated, but carers will take the lead on what is talked about during the group session. All discussions will be confidential and carers will be asked to agree to the group rules before being sent the Zoom invite.
