We at the Carers Centre LeicesterShire and Rutland will be hosting several events with  something for everyone from a drop in event with a wide range of activities throughout the day including: 

• Crafts, 
• Tai Chi, 
• Laughter Yoga, 
• Music, 
• Poetry, 
• Drama, 
• Wellbeing 
• Stroll around a beautiful garden in Charnwood 
• Visit to the Attenborough Aboretum 
• Tea, coffee and cake.

We will also be launching our Jubilee Arts Exhibit at Soft Touch Arts.

For those of you who are unable to attend any face-to-face events, we also have a Zoom event celebrating the theme of Carers Week this year of ‘Making Caring Visible, Valued and Supported’.
