Hi, I’m Tracy, my husband and I care for each other, but I also volunteer at The Carers Centre.

I help run bingo on a Monday evening, that’s always fun and I also help from time to time at crafty carers.

I have run a flower arrangement workshop in both silk and real flowers.

I’ve also done macramé and diamond painting.

Without The Carers Centre I would be lost; it gives me time to be not just a carer but to be me again.
